PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flyback oscillating apparatus for preventing the other electrical circuits from being impaired and safely boosting a voltage even if a high voltage is generated by opening a secondary winding of a transformer. SOLUTION: The flyback oscillating apparatus has an oscillating switch element 12 and the transformer 11 for boosting a power supply voltage so as to charge a main capacitor 22, and repeats an oscillating operation by switching the oscillating switch element 12. The flyback oscillating apparatus also has controlling switch elements 16, 6 for switching in response to a secondary current flowing in the transformer and a capacitor 3 charged through the controlling switch elements, and switches the oscillating switch element by a charge stored in the capacitor.
