PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter capable of eliminating noise in a wide frequency band. SOLUTION: This noise filter comprises: first conductors 11a and 11b; second conductors 12a and 12b; a first insulator layer 13 provided with the first conductors 11a and 11b at least; one inductor conductor 14 composed of the first conductors 11a and 11b; one capacitor conductor 15 composed of the second conductors 12a and 12b; a first extraction electrode 17 and a second extraction electrode 18 connected to both end parts 16a and 16b of the inductor conductor 14; a third extraction electrode 20 connected to both end parts 19a and 19b of the capacitor conductor 15; a first wide part 21 provided at the first conductors 11a and 11b in the first insulator layer 13, and a conductor part 23a consisting of the first wide part 21 through the first insulator layer 13; and a second wide part 22 provided at the second conductors 12a and 12b so as to be opposite.
