PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna system that is advantageous for downsizing of the dimension and reducing the product cost, and attains a broadband and stable characteristics. SOLUTION: In the antenna system 10A, an antenna part 12 and a passive circuit part 14 are integrated. Concretely, the antenna part 12 has an antenna pattern 18 formed on a board 16, the passive circuit part includes: a dielectric board 30 mounted on the board 16; a passive circuit formed in the dielectric board 30 and comprising a plurality of electrodes; and a shield electrode 60 formed to the dielectric board 30 in a way of surrounding the passive circuit, and the passive circuit of the passive circuit part 14 and the antenna pattern 18 of the antenna part 12 are electrically connected through a second external terminal 66 formed to the dielectric board 30.
