PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which can reduce its cost and can improve its assembling quality. SOLUTION: In the body 2 of the electronic equipment, a main circuit board 27 is mounted. A switch board 20 is so stored in a recessed portion 13 that switches 21, 22 are present on its upper side, and it is positioned easily in the recessed portion 13 by storing it in the recessed portion 13 by passing respectively positioning protrusions 14a, 14b provided on a bottom wall 14 into its positioning holes 16a, 16b. A switch cover 10 is mounted on the switch board 20 stored in the recessed portion 13. A plurality of protrusions 25a, 25b, 25c, 25d protruded downward from the inner surface of the switch cover 10 are so contacted with the top surface of the switch board 20 as to be able to prevent the switch board 20, by pressing down its top surface from vibrating up and down in the inside of the recessed portion 13.
