发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CAPACITOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which realizes high reliability, in such a way that the side of a laminating body is made to laminate conductive resin in a high jointing condition. SOLUTION: The capacitor is constituted such that; a laminating body 5 is formed in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped for laminating two or more dielectric layers 1 in between via an internal electrode 2; one end of the internal electrode 2 is extended therethrough to the peripheral part of the laminating body 5, while metal projected line rims 2a are installed in the above extended parts so that they may be projected from the side of the laminating body 5 to the outside; the side of the laminating body 5 is made to laminate a conductive resin 3 of Young's modulus 0.1-15 GPa; and an external terminal 4 comprising a metal plating film further is made to laminate the surface of a conductive resin 3.
