PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro relay in which the armature substrate is operated stably, spring constant can be freely established and the isolation characteristics to a pair of stationary contacts in the open condition is improved. SOLUTION: This micro relay includes an armature block 3 having an armature substrate 30, and a frame 31 for fitting to the central side of the both sides of the armature substrate 30 in concavo-convex form and elastically supporting the respective both sides on the central side, which are formed in a body; a body 1 formed in such shape that the armature block 3 is put on its one surface; an electromagnetic device 2 received in a storage recess portion 18; and a cover 4. Further, a metal thin film covering at least on the side of the armature block 3 and electrically connected to the ground patterns 14C and 15C of the body 1 is deposited on the cover 4, and movable contacts 33C and 33D electrically connected to movable contacts and alternatively connected or disconnected to the inside bottom surface of the cover 1 is provided in the armature substrate 30.
