PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, in which a schematic diagram or the like with which an entire system configuration can be confirmed, can be created and displayed without making an apparent shape unnatural even after thinning, and to provide an image processing program and a recording medium. SOLUTION: A priority register means 11 sets a priority for each object that becomes a target of thinning, in accordance with a reduction scale value, an object erasure means 12 erases a predetermined object of low priority, and an intermediate state image creation means 13 recognizes system information for each predetermined block by tracing the connection relationship of objects interconnected by a connecting line, and creates an image wherein a non-connected state caused by thinning becomes a connected state, by erasing the object to be thinned. A template setting means 14 then sets a template having a linear contour to the connecting line, and a line deformation processing means 15 performs deformation processing by selecting a bent portion in the contour of the template and connecting the bent portion.
