PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the previous value restoration of a PID parameter intended by an operator. SOLUTION: This PID parameter setting operation unit 2 is provided with current value storing parts 203 to 205 for storing the current value of a PID parameter, a change operating parts 200 to 202 for changing the current value of the PID parameter according to a setting change operation, a PID parameter decision processing part 213 for considering that the changed PID parameter has been decided by an operator at the time when operations other than the operation of setting change are performed after setting change is performed, previous value storage parts 206 to 208 for storing the previous value of the PID parameter, a previous value update processing part 214 for updating the previous value of the PID parameter into the decided PID parameter and a previous value restoration processing part 215 for restoring the changed PID parameter into the previous value when the previous value restoration instruction is inputted.
