PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply and exhaust apparatus for an air bag eliminating leakage of an exhaust sound from the air bag from a body case to atmosphere along with the air. SOLUTION: This air supply and exhaust apparatus is provided with a body case 4 having a bottom wall 9 allowing a bottom face 9a to closely contact with a flat mount face 8, an air pump 5 disposed in the body case, and a supply/exhaust air changeover means 6 disposed in the body case, supplying the air discharged from the air pump 5 to air bags 2a-2n and exhausting the air from the air bags 2a-2n. A grip recessed part 11 for carrying, which is opened in the bottom face 9a, is formed in the circumferential edge part of the bottom wall 9, the air exhaust port of the supply/exhaust air changeover means 6 is connected to the grip recessed part 11, and an air exhaust passage 13 communicated to the grip recess part 11 and the body case 4 is formed in the bottom wall 9.
