PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring a glucosyl group, by which a glucosyl-transferred polyalcohol, glucosyl-transferred glucuronic acid, or glucosyl-transferred glucose-6-saccharide derivative can be produced by the utilization of an enzymatic reaction. SOLUTION: This method for transferring the glucosyl group is characterized by treating a glucose-containing sugar compound as a constituting sugar, and one or more polyalcohols selected from inositol, ribitol, erythritol and glycerol, glucuronic acid and/or its salt, or one or more glucose-6-saccharide derivatives selected from isomaltose, gentibiose, melibiose and isopanose, with trehalose phosphorylase.
