<p>The circuit arrangement measures a voltage (UAK) across a load section (DUT) with a variable resistance and has a transistor (S101) with a control connection connected to a first voltage supply (U2). A first connection of the transistor's load path is connected via a first current valve (D101) to the load path with the variable resistance. A second connection of the transistor's load path is connected, along with a connection of a second current valve (D102) connected to a second voltage source (U1), to a voltage-controlled input of an adder circuit (IC101) whose output voltage can be detected. An independent claim is also included for a device for monitoring a controllable power semiconductor.</p> |
