<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project evaluation system calculating and evaluating value of a project group comprising a plurality of projects, especially evaluating the project group comprising a plurality of development projects comprising a plurality of development phases. <P>SOLUTION: This project evaluation system is provided with a correlation setting function setting correlation that a development situation of an arbitrary project influences on development of an arbitrary project itself or the other project, to project group information that is attribute information of the project group, with the correlation divided into a condition part that is conditions for making the correlation effective and an influence part that is the influence imparted when the correlation is effective.
