<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation of reporting the presence of an uncompleted transaction to a customer from an sales branch by expediting the time when the customer goes to a window of the sales branch to take a procedure for completing a transaction. <P>SOLUTION: Data for a transaction performed in the window of the sales branch without using a seal are transmitted from a window terminal 1 or an officer terminal 2 to a sales branch server as uncompleted transaction data containing the account number or the like of the customer who performed the transaction, and registered in an uncompleted transaction DB 4a. When the customer performs a transaction in an automatic transaction device 3, the automatic transaction device 3 reads customer information from the card or passbook transaction medium of the customer.
