PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering column device capable of operating a tilt adjusting mechanism part and a telescopic adjusting mechanism part with one operation lever. SOLUTION: This steering column device is structured by providing the telescopic adjusting mechanism part 5 in an outer column 6 of a steering column 2, providing the tilt adjusting mechanism part 4 on an inner column 7 side and an upper column 8 side, turnably supporting a support lever 13 on the upper column 8 side with a bolt 21 arranged at a right angle against a steering shaft 3, turnably supporting a tilt/telescopic operation lever 11 with the support lever 13 through a rotation transmitting rod 28 arranged at a right angle against the bolt 21 so that the rotation transmitting rod 28 is interlocked with the telescopic adjusting mechanism part 5 through a lower rotation transmitting rod 38 and an upper rotation transmitting rod 40 to be engaged with each other for extension and shrinkage.
