PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked heat exchanger free from the displacement in a stack during assembling process by improving the shape of a tank outer end. SOLUTION: In this stacked heat exchanger constituted by alternately stacking tube elements 3 formed by overlapping two sheets of plate material 9 and forming at least one refrigerant flow channel inside, and a corrugated films 5 for heat exchanging, forming refrigerant tanks 15 having opening parts 19 continued to one end part of each refrigerant flow channel at both sides of the tube elements 3, and butting the opening parts 19 of the refrigerant tanks 15 stacked and adjacent to each other to form a refrigerant passage 20, a recessed part 21 and a projecting part 23 fitted to each other are respectively formed on outer end parts of the opening parts 19 adjacent to each other.
