PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase with built-in freezer capable of realizing the cooling operation or the heating operation of high efficiency even when carbon dioxide in a supercritical state is used at a high pressure side. SOLUTION: In this all-in-one showcase with built-in freezer having a refrigerant circuit formed by connecting at least a compressor, a radiator, a restrictor and an evaporator by pipes, and installed indoor, the fluid keeping the supercritical state at the high-pressure side of the refrigerant circuit is used as the refrigerant, the radiator is a plate fin tube type heat exchanger composed a heat transfer pipe penetrated through a flat fin, and an outer diameter of the heat transfer pipe is determined to be 7 mm or less in accordance with refrigerant property.
