PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan clutch control device adaptable to fan clutch control troubles in various systems and to requirements at starting. SOLUTION: The fan clutch control device comprises a control means 11 for determining an indicated value for a PWM signal to control the connection of a fan clutch 4 in accordance with various parameters regarding a radiator 2, a trouble detecting means 12 for detecting a trouble in a fan clutch control system, and a trouble control means 13 for determining the indicated valve of the PWM signal to control the connection of the fan clutch 4 when detecting the trouble. Otherwise, it comprises a start determining means 14 for determining whether an engine is started or not and a starting control means 15 for setting as the indicated value the PWM signal to control the disconnection of the fan clutch in starting the engine.
