PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor agent for an adhesive which improves adhesion between a base material and an adhesive and makes the base material layer and the adhesive layer hard to separate even under the environment of high temperatures or even when they are dipped in a solvent or water, particularly to provide an anchor agent for adhesive products easy to make an aqueous state. SOLUTION: The anchor agent composition for adhesives contains a composition containing a polyolefin type thermoplastic resin with a melting point of 50-130°C. The anchor agent composition preferably uses, based on 100 pts. wt. (as the soilds) of the above composition, 0.1-20 pts. wt. of a (meth)acrylic copolymer as the dispersant, copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid and a (meth)acrylate having a 2-22C alkyl group, alkenyl group, cycloalkenyl group or aromatic group-substituted alkyl group.
