PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-standing porous multilayered ceramic sheet improved in peeling strength of its surface layer; and an electronic component composed of the same. SOLUTION: The self-standing porous multilayer ceramic sheet has a laminate structure formed by laminating at least four layers each containing polyethylene and a ceramic powder and has a thickness of 50μm or less. The polyethylene contained is an ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene with a viscosity average molecular weight of 1,000,000 or higher, and the content of the ceramic powder contained is at least 45 vol.%. The peeling strength of the outermost surface layer of the laminated structure is at least 0.4 times that of the second layer from the outermost surface layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
