PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce appropriate downforce on a vehicle depending on road surface conditions. SOLUTION: On a vehicle 80, cylinders 30 can be lifted relative to pistons 52 to lift and turn a rear spoiler 24. In the rain, the speed of the vehicle 80 that triggers the lift and turn of the rear spoiler 24 can be set lower than the speed of the vehicle 80 that triggers the lift and turn of the rear spoiler 24 except in the rain to produce appropriate downforce on the vehicle 80 depending on road surface conditions. When the rear spoiler 24 is lifted and turned, a movable trunk panel 84 is positioned with a substantially horizontal top surface to straighten the direction of an airflow flowing between a body panel 18 and the rear spoiler 24 to a horizontal direction, which can suppress airflow turbulence behind the vehicle 80 to suppress adverse effects on the controllability and stability and high speed driving stability of the vehicle 80.
