PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tenter clip traveling device of a film stretching machine capable of achieving the enhancement of durability and cost reduction by suppressing the damage of a travelling guide bearing by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the tenter clip traveling device 4 of the film stretching machine equipped with a plurality of the travelling guide bearings 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 and provided with a clip main body 18 for grasping a plastic film 8 to travel and a guide rail 14 for guiding the traveling of the clip main body 18 through the guide bearings 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, the guide bearings 24, 25 and 26 are covered with protective covers 30, 31 and 32.
