PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding with a drying function that is fuss-free when drying the bedding, convenient, and can warm up the bedding at bedtime. SOLUTION: The bedding is provided with a space material unit 12 that is composed of a cubic lattice space material 8, a container bag 9 that contains this cubic lattice space material 8, and an insertion opening 11 provided to the container bag 9 for sending air to the container bag 9, and a warm air unit 7 that sends air to the insertion opening 11 through a connection tube 5. The container bag 9 of the space material unit 12 is made of a nonporous fabric or fabric of poor air permeability and an opening 10 is provided to a part of a top surface 9a of the container bag for good ventilation.
