PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject installing mechanism that has a simple structure and can install a subject while preventing tumbling in case of earthquake. SOLUTION: In replacement of the original subject installing mechanism for installing a subject with its front side facing front related to this invention, this mechanism is provided with a top mounting that supports the subject and a bottom mounting that is installed on an installation position to support the top mounting from below. At least one of the mountings is provided with a reciprocating guide that guides the top mounting in a front/rear direction in a reciprocatively movable manner and a low guiding member that guides either front or back of the top mounting towards the lower side when the top mounting and the bottom mounting moves beyond the reciprocating guide.
