PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact excrement receiving tool capable of receiving the excrement before landing on the ground when giving a walk to a dog. SOLUTION: This tool has a clip like structure made of a hard plastic which makes a handle normally open at an opening angle of about 70°while a blade side closed by a spring force, and has leaf springs with a proper size parallelly attached countering each other on the blade side, and a hole is made on the tip of each leaf spring and the spring is covered with a flexible thin plastic. On the other hand, a bag with a proper size is prepared for receiving the excrement, and the bag has a long bag (casing) formed on the circumference of an opening and each of the leaf spring is inserted to the casing from an entrance prepared on the midway of the bag, and the entrance of the casing is clipped by a clamp installed on the root of the leaf spring to hold the bag tightly. When a dog looks like to defecate, the handles are gripped to open the clip and the leaf springs bow and the entrance of the bag is opened like a circle and the tool is attached to the rump of the dog to receive excrement, and then by loosening the grip, the entrance is closed, and by binding the each hole on the tip of the leaf spring, unnecessary plastic bags such as supplied in shopping can be easily used for this purpose.
