<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing facility of a recording material for inkjet which has photograph-like high gloss, is excellent in ink absorbency and water resistance, has no problem of breaking and cracking and further has high productivity and, more specifically, to provide a preheating equipment element, the temperature of which is precisely controlled in order to raise reproducibility of gelation reaction and to stabilize the quality at manufacture of the recording material for inkjet, the surface quality of which is improved by thermal gelation. <P>SOLUTION: In the preheating equipment element of a coating equipment element which gelatinizes a coating solution by performing preheating just before drying, a sensor for controlling preheating temperature is a radiation thermometer and infra-red ray from a heating means is not made incident on the radiation thermometer directly or by reflection from a coated surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
