<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system having a structure which enables the exhaust of unreacted air as an uncondensed vapor by mixing an air warmed by cooling a stack with the unreacted air exhausted through the stack to improve the efficiency and performance of the system with the size of total system miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises a stack having an electrical energy generation part for generating electrical energy by receiving the supply of a fuel and air, a fuel supply system for supplying the fuel to the stack, a housing having the stack therein, a blower for blowing outside air for cooling the heat generated from the electrical energy generation part, an air that is warmed while cooling the electrical energy generation part, and a region for mixing a moisture containing air exhausted from the stack.
