PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera attached foldable mobile information apparatus with a low profile and a light weight that includes one display section and one camera, attains photographing like a digital camera in a folded state, and attains self-photographing and use of a videophone in an opened state. SOLUTION: The camera attached foldable mobile information apparatus 20 includes: an upper case 1 and a lower case 2 hinged in a foldable way; the display section 10 provided on a top side of the upper case 1; and the camera 4 provided to the top side of the lower case 2. In a folded state, a notched part 16 is provided in a part of the upper case 1 facing the camera 4 and an opening 15 is provided to part of the lower case 2 facing at least part of the display section 10.
