PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of enriching furthermore facility information. SOLUTION: This navigation device 13 loaded on a vehicle 14 includes a facility information retrieval means for retrieving facility information stored in a writable HDD 24 on the basis of a prescribed retrieval condition; a receiver 22 for receiving facility data including information on facilities 12a-12d transmitted from transmitters 11a-11d installed on the facilities 12a-12d; and a facility information writing means for registering the facility information by writing the facility information included in the facility data received by the receiver 22 into the HDD 24.
