PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage fine crushing disposer capable of efficiently crushing a garbage to the fine particle state, finely crushing even the garbage containing strong fiber such as the rind of bamboo shoot, not clogging a water discharge pipe and realizing simplification of treatment of a water discharge treatment tank. SOLUTION: The garbage fine crushing disposer is provided with a throwing port 3 introduced with the garbage and water; a crushing chamber 10 having a crushing mechanism for crushing the thrown garbage by a hammer 7 provided on a table 6 and a fixed blade 9 provided opposed to the hammer 7 and a grinding down mechanism for more finely grinding down the garbage crushed by the crushing mechanism by a mill; a discharge chamber 11 for discharging the ground down garbage and water; and a driving motor 5 having a rotation shaft 5a arranged in the crushing chamber 10, driving the rotation shaft 5a and operating the crushing mechanism and the grinding down mechanism.
