PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable micro relay without causing concentration of stress even it is made compact and to realize desired contact pressure by improving degree of freedom of designing condition of a pressure spring. SOLUTION: The armature 30 contacts and separates a movable contact to/from a stationary contact 14 by doing seesaw action by magnetic force working between the armature 30 and the electromagnetic device 2. The armature 30 is equipped with a moving board 30a consisting of semiconductor material continuously and integrally formed with a frame 31 which is fixed to a case A and an armature plate 30b, consisting of magnetic material for making magnetic force work in between the electromagnetic device 2 and it. In the moving board 30a, a moving contact table 34 with the movable contact is continuously and integrally connected via a pressure spring 35.
