PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron drive power supply device capable of effectively cooling components such as a high-voltage transformer, a heat radiation plate, a power element and a high-voltage diode. SOLUTION: A cross-sectionally U-shaped air guide 3 is mounted on the component mounting surface side of a switching power supply printed circuit board 2; one-side opening surface of a space formed with the air guide 3 and the switching power supply printed circuit board 2 is used as an air inlet and the other-side opening surface thereof is used as an exhaust outlet to restrict the flow of cooling air; the high-voltage transformer, the heat radiation plate, an IGBT, and the high-voltage diode are mounted on the air inlet side to make the cooling air hit against these components; various kinds of connectors including a power connector, a high-voltage output connector and an I/O connector are mounted on the exhaust outlet side and the connectors are prevented from blocking the cooling air; and a cooling fan is allowed to be closely mounted on the air inlet side.
