PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone terminal device capable of automatically repairing a software even in case of interruption of power supply during rewriting of the software in a flash ROM device 2 at the time of updating the software. SOLUTION: A block of a correction-required software in softwares operating a cellular phone stored in the flash ROM device 2 is stored in a RAM device 4. A software correction means 3 corrects the software in the block based on correction data downloaded from a server, and writes the corrected software in the flash ROM device 2. When this writing is not normally ended, a recovery means 9 executes a recovery processing for returning the softwares stored in the flash ROM device 2 to the state before the writing of the corrected software.
