PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint which makes it easy to carry out connecting operation in a narrow space because a pipe is not required to be screwed therein for connection, and which is the most appropriate for miniaturizing a pipe system of a hydraulic pressure generating unit. SOLUTION: The pipe joint 2 comprises a first block 3 having a communication passage 3a, and a second block 4 which has a flow channel 4a communicating with the communication passage 3a and a secondary-side pipe 5. The second block 4 is connected to the first block 3. The first block 3 includes a through hole 2a through which a top end portion of a first-side pipe 1c extends, and the communication passage 3a which communicates with the through hole 2a at an intersecting portion 8. The first-side pipe 1c is provided with a blank cap 3d at its top end. A communication hole 1e is formed in the peripheral surface of the first-side pipe 1c, which extends through the through hole 2a, at the intersecting portion 8. Annular seals such as O-rings 3e, 3e are arranged on the peripheral surface of the first-side pipe 1c at both sides with the communication hole 1e arranged at the intermediate position therebetween, so that a liquid sealing section is formed between the peripheral surface of the first-side pipe 1c and the inner surface of the through hole 2a.
