PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure capable of sufficiently improving sealing performance by a shield plate 15c irrespective of the size of a rolling bearing 1b with a sealing plate. SOLUTION: The sealing plate 6c is provided between an end part inner circumferential face of an outer ring 2a, and an end part outer circumferential face of an inner ring 3a. The shield plate 15c is provided more to an axial outer side than the sealing plate 6c. The shield plate 15c covers at least a portion wherein an inner circumferential rim part of the sealing plate 6c and the end part outer circumferential face of the inner ring 3a adjacently face each other. An axial gap d to the sealing plate 6c is 0.05-0.60mm, and there is a relationship of B/S≥0.7 between an area S of an end part opening of an annular space 20 existing between the inner circumferential face of the outer ring 2a and the outer circumferential face of the inner ring 3a, and an area B of a portion of the shield plate 15c covering the end part opening of the annular space 20.
