PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the working of an inner surface in a plunger housing part 14 using a highly precise method, stabilizing the magnetic force between a plunger 6 and a core stator 15. SOLUTION: A core stator 15 of an electromagnetic valve 1 is comprised of a first core member 11 having a cylinder 10 bored in the axial direction, and a second core member 12 which is another from the first core member 11, and stored in one side of the cylinder 10. The plunger 6 is slidably fixed in the other end of the cylinder 10. Thereby, before securing the second core member 12 to the first core member 11, the highly precise working such as varnishing can be applied for the inner surface of the cylinder 10, that is, the inner surface of the plunger housing 14. Since the other end surface 25 of the second core member 12 can be opposite to one end 24 of the plunger 6 in the inner surface side of the solenoid 2, the magnet force between the plunger 6 and a core stator 15 can be also stabilized.
