PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein suction force is weak in a conventional crushing device due to a structure of a pump which is a main body of the device, clogging occurs often in combination of an installation position, a shape and the like of a crushing part, and the pump damage or the like occurs due to cavitation caused by clogging. SOLUTION: A structure of the pump to be a mainstream has strong suction force and resistance against cavitation. Clogging is eliminated by reorganizing a set position and a structure of the crushing part to eliminate troubles such as pump damage caused by vibration due to cavitation generated by clogging, crushing pumping of impurity in viscous fluid is enabled. Since flow of fluid in the device is extremely smooth, the device is excellent in strong suction force and wear resistance, and can be used permanently. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
