A composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least one liquid fatty phase structured by at least one semi-crystalline polymer having an organic structure, wherein said polymer is solid at ambient temperature; and particles that are solid at ambient temperature and are dispersed in said medium, wherein the particles can be introduced into the medium in the form of a colloidal dispersion. This composition can be provided in the form of a stick which deposits, on a keratinous substance, such as the lips, a glossy, nonsticky, and covering film.
