STORAGE/DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR OBJECTS

The storage system consists of a number of storage spaces arranged in vertical and horizontal rows. The distribution system is arranged adjoining said storage system and consists of a number of displacement means arranged in vertical and horizontal rows, which displacement means can be moved both in the horizontal and in the vertical direction. As a result these can be moved from a deposit/return position with an object in front of a storage space, after which transfer of the object to/from the storage space takes place. The displacement means are able to travel along a vertical/horizontal path in a wide variety of ways.
