<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel of a writing instrument, which enables a secondary molded part to be firmly bonded by a primary molded part, and which can enhance permeability of the primary molded part. <P>SOLUTION: This barrel of the writing instrument is equipped with the primary molded part which is tubularly formed by primary molding wherein a prescribed resin material is injected, and the secondary molded part which is tubularly formed in such a manner as to cover an outer peripheral surface of the primary molded part, by secondary molding wherein a more flexible material than the resin material is injected.
