<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution server selection system, capable of correctly recognizing desired conditions of a user, and satisfying the user's demands for contents distribution service. <P>SOLUTION: When a client 2 transmits a request for the contents distribution service via a communication line 100, the content distribution server selecting system receives the request from the client 2 and selects the content distribution server.
