PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn an operation knob directly without releasing a power transmitting mechanism in transmitting operation and to generate the disconnected condition at normal time from the power transmitting mechanism and the connected condition only when the transportation is stopped.

SOLUTION: A take-out device 1 for recording material includes the power transmitting mechanism 31 to transmit the rotation of a transporting drive roller 19a to an delivery roller 20 through a geared wheel train 30 and is equipped with the operation knob 32 for transmitting the force to the power transmitting mechanism 31 only when the rotation is in the prescribed direction and a planetary mechanism 33 to transmit the turn of the knob 32 to the power transmitting mechanism 31, wherein the knob 32 can be turned without releasing the power transmitting mechanism 31 in transmitting operation.
