<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately verify a production plan, and to quickly prepare it without generating any individual difference. <P>SOLUTION: When the order of various types of products is received, necessary manufacturing processes through which the products whose order has been received pass are decided, and a manufacturing lead time, a cycle calendar and an operation cessation schedule are read based on the necessary manufacturing processes (a step S3), and a reference time is set based on the manufacturing lead time (a step S4), and a manufacture marginal day on which a cycle is reflected is decided for each manufacturing order (a step S5), and the manufacturing order is assigned to the cycle based on the manufacture marginal day so that a plan manufacturing day can be decided (a step S6), and difference display data showing a difference between the manufacture marginal day and the plan manufacture day are outputted.
