<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanized scrap rubber regenerating method capable of providing a mixed rubber showing the normal physical properties, heat resistance or the like corresponding to a case independently using a new unvulcanized rubber and good dispersibility even in a case using a vulcanized scrap rubber such as a fluororubber or the like as the mixed rubber with a new unvulcanized rubber. <P>SOLUTION: The vulcanized scrap rubber is passed through the gap between metal rolls with a rubber contact temperature of 80°C or below and a roll gap of 0.3 mm or below and, after shearing stress is applied to the vulcanized scrap rubber to plasticize the same, the plasticized vulcanized scrap rubber is formed into a thin sheet with a thickness of 0.3 mm or below to be mixed with the new unvulcanized rubber. After plasticization, at least one of a raw material rubber, wax, a vulcanizer and a vulcanization accelerator is added to and kneaded with the resulting mixture and the mixture is formed into a sheet to be preferably mixed with an unvulcanized rubber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
