PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which is small in the change in printing density or the change in image density in printing after suspension. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner has a fixing resin, a colorant, a release agent, and a charge control agent, wherein the release agent contains a carnauba wax; the charge control agent is composed of a boron complex of a salicylic acid derivative; and the fixing resin is composed of two kinds of polyester resins and satisfies general formula (1): (A(Tl/2)-A(Tfb))/(B(T1/2)-B(Tfb))≤(A(Tl/2)×C)/(B(T1/2)×D)≤(B(T1/2)-B(Tfb))/(A(T1/2)-A(Tfb)) äwhere, (A(T1/2)-A(Tfb))<(B(T1/2)-B(Tfb))}. In the general formula (1), A(T1/2): the softening point (°C) of a polyester resin A, A(Tfb): the outflow initiation temperature (°C) of the polyester resin A, B(T1/2): the softening point (°C) of a polyester resin B, B(Tfb): the outflow initiation temperature (°C) of the polyester resin B, C: the ratio (%) of the resin A in the fixing resin, D: the ratio (%) of the resin B in the fixing resin.
