PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal end of an electronic radial scanning ultrasound endoscope with an excellent general performance which can perform ultrasound scanning around the axis of a distal end body through 360°in seamless manner and does not lower a function as the endoscope even when a channel for balloon dilatation and a channel for balloon contraction are separately provided. SOLUTION: A plurality of flexible substrates 12 for transmitting signals inputted and outputted to respective ultrasonic vibrators 11a are dispersedly arranged around the axis of the distal end body 2 and pulled out from an ultrasonic probe 11 into an insertion part at the rear part, the channel 26 for the balloon inflation and the channel 27 for the balloon deflation are separately provided, they are connected to a hole 24 opened inside a balloon 20 at a position behind the ultrasonic probe 11, and the channel 26 for the balloon inflation and the channel 27 for the balloon deflation are respectively arranged at mutually different clearance parts among the plurality of flexible substrates 12 in a range on the outside of the fixed diameter 2a of the distal end body 2.
