摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit satisfying three conditions of a smaller input offset voltage, a high speed operation, and a wide common mode input range at the same time. SOLUTION: A source-gate voltage of a MOS transistor M7 for determining a bias current of an amplifier stage is amplified to ensure a current supply capability even with a small gate width by connecting a first mirror circuit (M1, M2, M11) comprising MOS transistors of a first conduction type, a mirror circuit (M13, M14) comprising MOS transistors of a second conduction type, and a third mirror circuit (M12, M7) comprising MOS transistors of the first conduction type are connected between a MOS transistor M1 of the first conduction type connected to a constant current source 15 and the MOS transistor M7 for determining the bias current of the amplifier stage.
