PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw for a metal sandwich panel that can tightly fix a metal sandwich panel to a base while ensuring appreciable working efficiency and low installation cost. SOLUTION: The screw 10 for a metal sandwich panel, which fixes a metal sandwich panel 80 having a core 83 between a first plate 81 and a second plate 82 to a column 84, has a stopper 3 having a stop face 3a axially spaced from a bottom 1a of a head 1 by a length L1 corresponding to the thickness of the first plate 81 and core 83 and provided with a diameter D2 larger than a ridge diameter D1 of an external thread 2a and smaller than a diameter D3 of the head 1, and a reamer 4 having cutting edges 4a positioned on a point side of the stopper 3 and designed to keep a diameter substantially equal to the diameter D2 of the stop face 3a until passage through the first plate 81 and to at least diminish before passage through the second plate 82.
