PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry-type waterproof structure particularly for an annexed veranda, almost perfectly preventing water from turning around from a veranda floor surface to behind an eaves side. SOLUTION: A water-tight material 44 is provided between a side wall portion 15 of a waterproof floor such as a waterproof pan 13 and the reverse face of each of waterproof covers 17, 65 located thereabove. Besides, gaps between each of front face portions 41, 63 of the waterproof covers 17, 65 and the inner face of the side wall portion 15 are blocked with a finny packing 45.
