PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact powder type cosmetic composition having a solid fat phase. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition is the compact powder type cosmetic composition used for making up and/or caring the skin, especially face and contains a powdery phase and a fat phase containing at least one solid fat phase, wherein, the solid fat phase presents in such an amount that the compact powder has a stickiness corresponding to <12 wt. % mass loss evaluated by a falling down testing, and the powdery phase has stickiness producing a compactness corresponding to≥12 wt. % mass loss evaluated by the falling down testing and/or a compactness without being eroded uniformly in the case of being used at a ratio of 91.2 wt. % as a mixture with 8.8 wt. % reference liquid binder as described in a working example 1 and also in the case that the whole part is compacted by 2x107Pa pressure.
