PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core facilitating material recycling of an adhesive sheet roll. SOLUTION: The core for winding an adhesive sheet is formed of waste of an adhesive sheet roll. Such a core can be manufactured by a method of pulverizing the waste of the adhesive sheet roll and carrying out hot forming. At least one kind selected out of a group which comprises waste deriving from a manufacturing process of the adhesive sheet roll, a used adhesive sheet and a used core, can be used as the waste of the adhesive sheet roll.
